Can your body become immuned to large amounts of spice after many times eating it?
If you were to eat something really spicy or include something really spicy in your diet, such as a ghost chili, would your body become immune after a while. Would you eventually reach the point where you heart rate does not increase as much or you don’t sweat? Also how much spice can you eat without extreme injury.
There extremely good for you aid in digestion, help with blood and other internal organ, speed up your metabolism, are full of vitamins and minerals, the other 2 people while they have good intentions are wrong and giving you false and misleading information. I am a former chef, I worked all over the world, have eaten some of the hottest foods, peppers and sauce made, I had Phall curry in London England (12 peppers), I worked in Jamaica and ate Jerk Pork and Chicken with scotch bonnet pepper sauce ( it is just raw peppers, salt and vinegar), I have used and eaten the dreaded Bhut Jolokia peppers, in fact I have a bag of dried ones now.
I even take Cayenne pepper capsules for health reasons, along with my meds it has improved my overall health 2 fold, they do not cause stomach ailments, ulcers nor do the burn your stomach in any way, however the seeds and veins in hot peppers do not break down and have the most heat, some people who are not regular find a burning when using the toilet, but it is temporary and not a harm to you or your body in any way, so enjoy them at your leisure, I use hot sauce, chili peppers and fresh hot peppers in almost every meal except breakfast, but if I have scrambled eggs or an omelet I use them and hot sauce with abundance.
