Daily Resurfacer
Should I do my entire Skin Care routine after exercise?
I do my entire skin care routine every morning and night, but should i do it after a sweaty workout? I generally exercise mid-day around 4pm. Here is my skin care routine:
Morning:
Dermalogica medibac clearing skin wash
then I swipe my face with a green tea and vitamin e ice cube to reduce redness
dermalogica multi active toner
dermalogica clearing mattifier
dermalogica skin smoothing cream
Night
Dermalogica medibac clearing skin wash
dermalogica daily resurfacer
dermalogica multi active toner
dermalogica clearing mattifier
dermalogica overnight gel as a spot treatment
dermalogica skin smoothing cream
I also do a twice weekly thermofoliant and a twice weekly aspirin/honey mask.

As long as you don’t wear makeup, you should just cleanse and moisturize after exercising. Otherwise, you will start to irritate your skin.
